Yes. We remain open during school holidays to support working families. Our operating hours are: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We also operate on most public holidays. If you need care on a specific holiday, please contact us to confirm availability.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. That's why we offer flexible emergency childcare services, subject to space availability. Simply call us or send us a WhatsApp message, and we'll do our best to accommodate your child at short notice.
Parents are required to provide meals and snacks for their children. This allows us to ensure that each child eats foods that meet their dietary needs and preferences. Our team will safely store, warm, and serve meals as needed throughout the day.

At Jeleosinmi, we follow established safety procedures. We also maintain strict child pick-up protocols to ensure children are only released to authorized individuals.
Jeleosinmi adheres to internationally recognized NAEYC caregiver-to-child ratio standards, maintaining a ratio of 1:4 for infants and 1:6 for toddlers to ensure quality care, safety, and optimal child development.
If your child becomes unwell during the day, we will contact you immediately. Depending on the situation, we may ask that your child be picked up so they can receive appropriate care and rest.
